Who We Are
The Fort Bend Business Coalition (FBBC) is dedicated to business. We exist to endorse candidates and elected officials who share our core values of sustaining and growing a pro-business environment that assists in creating a prosperous and productive community for the citizens of Fort Bend County. We support non-partisan candidates and elected officials who are dedicated to making Fort Bend the best place to do business in Texas and the nation.
Our History
In July of 2020, a group of like-minded community leaders formed the Fort Bend Business Coalition with singular goal in mind: to help elected officials who understand and act on the needs of the Fort Bend business community by exercising common sense in making decisions and developing policies. The question then became, how best to accomplish this goal?
The group filed a General Purpose Political Action Committee application with the Texas Ethics Commission granting the opportunity to invite others concerned with sustaining a pro-business environment to join our mission and become advocates for Fort Bend enterprises.
Membership: A Valuable Resource
Today, the FBBC encourages and promotes public policy, endorses and supports candidates and elected officials who contribute to a healthy business climate, hosts public forums and promotes the needs of our business community and members keeping them top of mind with our elected officials.
A valuable resource for the community, business owners and our members, annual membership in the FBBC is available in two levels: Trustee and General. Both levels of membership include multiple benefits, including invitations to all general meetings, opportunities to participate on committees and access to FBBC endorsements.
